  Foxtail, Ragi & Little Millet Cookies The debate on Maida, Refined flour, refined wheat flour etc… Is on one side, people are confused which is healthy & which is not, sometimes we feel wheat is healthy, sometimes we get to see news that they are not healthy stating it is gluten based, bakers, chefs are confused all the time to suggest what is healthy,   Is that is the real state of being?? Are we really confused what to eat and what not? Whenever we say healthy it’s all to think nutritive foods especially salads, millets, health drinks, fresh fruits is one side, the other side we say stop fast foods and junk eats, instead to follow the slow food and eat healthy. It has become more complicated to choose what to eat what to leave, are the products available in the market are really healthy or not. Again we may end up in debating…….  When you say celebrations it is cakes and when it is cakes its a celebration.  When we say  Christmas  what comes to our mind?? Is that Santa? Is that snow fall? Is that lights on trees? Is that long nights? Or is that rich plum cakes? Yes of course its all comes to mind as they are part of  Christmas celebrations.   Welcoming the winter and a great New year the KLE Graduate School of Hotel Management & Catering  Technology (KLEGSHMCT) - Belagavi, KAHER, organized its  2nd cake mixing ceremony for the year 2020, The cake mixing ceremony is conducted every year by the Hotel Management department of KAHER,  as a part of academics the students are trained to prepare plum cakes and to strengthen their entrepreneurship skills they do sales of the same, in order to improve them every year the feedbacks on cakes are taken and the same get improvised for the next production.                                      KLEGSHMCT produces around 90 kgs of cake every year for the Christmas and New Year event, this year the team has planned open it for sales.                                               This year cake mixing ceremony was held on 02 December, 2020 and it was graced by honorable Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Vivek A. Saoji, Registrar Prof. Dr. V.A. Kothiwale, Deputy Registrar Prof. Dr. M.S. Ganachar
